About the team:

Angus Ball

Angus brings over a decade of practical and leadership experience across the UK construction and infrastructure sectors, combined with broader operational roles in industrial and commercial environments. His earlier career included electrical contracting, infrastructure delivery, and the management of large-scale projects with complex operational requirements. Working both on-site and in executive roles, he oversaw multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and operational delivery across commercial and public-sector projects.

Having led teams in high-pressure environments and delivered major projects, Angus developed a strong understanding of operational efficiency, risk management, and the real-world challenges business owners face daily. This hands-on background now informs his work in mergers and acquisitions, where he advises and works closely with business owners throughout the sale and acquisition process.

Today, Angus works in M&A brokerage, partnering with privately owned companies to support them through acquisitions, exits, and strategic transitions. His operational background allows him to approach transactions with a practical, operator’s perspective, helping buyers and sellers navigate deals with a clear understanding of the people, processes, and culture behind the numbers.

In addition to advising clients, Angus focuses on acquiring and building a group of companies over the long term. Supported by a committed investment partner, he brings patient capital and hands-on leadership to each opportunity he pursues.

Key strengths:
